Privacy Policy

GPUPRIX is a lightweight price-discovery tool and does not require an account. We collect your email address only when you voluntarily provide it — either to subscribe to our newsletter or to create a price-drop / back-in-stock alert for a specific GPU. To protect our forms from abuse, we also temporarily process your IP address for rate-limiting purposes.

We use your email solely to send the messages you asked for: the curated newsletter and the price or stock alerts you configured. Once an alert has been triggered and sent, it is deactivated. We never sell your personal data, and we do not use your email for any purpose you did not explicitly opt into.

We keep cookies to a minimum — they are used to remember your language and light/dark theme preference. Our retailer links (including Amazon) are affiliate links: when you click through and make a purchase, the retailer may set its own cookies and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep GPUPRIX free.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: Resend (email delivery and audience management), Upstash (Redis-based rate limiting), and our hosting provider. Affiliate partners such as the Amazon Associates program process click data when you visit a retailer through our links. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Depending on where you live (including the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer, or by emailing us. We will action verified requests promptly.

We keep your email only for as long as your subscription or alert remains active. Triggered alerts are deactivated automatically, and you may request full deletion at any time. IP addresses used for rate limiting are retained only transiently and are not linked to your identity.
