Hardware Profile
Overview
The Intel Arc A350M is a budget mobile graphics card based on Intel's Alchemist architecture, featuring 4GB of GDDR6 memory at a TDP of just 25W. Designed for thin and lightweight laptops with tight thermal constraints, actual performance varies significantly based on the laptop's cooling solution and manufacturer power limits.
Built on Alchemist, it supports hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Intel XeSS upscaling. AV1 hardware encode and decode are included, making it functional for content capture and light streaming despite its entry-level positioning. Its 64-bit memory bus limits bandwidth, however, which constrains performance in demanding workloads.
The Arc A350M is best viewed as an entry-level discrete GPU option for thin and light laptops that need a step above integrated graphics. It handles 1080p gaming in lighter titles and casual use cases, and is most relevant where any discrete GPU is a meaningful upgrade.
