Overview
The RTX A1000 is NVIDIA's mid-tier Ada Lovelace professional low-profile GPU, stepping above the entry-level RTX A400 in the Ada generation LP workstation lineup. Built on TSMC's 4N process, it combines Ada Lovelace's 4th-generation Tensor cores and 3rd-generation RT cores with 8GB of ECC-protected GDDR6 memory, offering more compute throughput and memory capacity for users whose workloads outgrow the A400.
The card features 1280 Ada CUDA cores on a 128-bit GDDR6 memory interface delivering 224 GB/s of bandwidth, for approximately 6.0 TFLOPS of FP32 throughput. At 50W TDP in a low-profile single-slot form factor on a PCIe 4.0 x16 interface, it runs NVIDIA's professional Ada certified driver stack with full ISV certification.
The RTX A1000 suits moderate professional visualization, CAD/CAE, 3D rendering, AI inference, and simulation workloads where 8GB of certified framebuffer provides enough headroom without the cost and size of a full-height card. It is a practical option for enterprise deployments, small-form-factor workstations, and space-constrained rack servers that require ISV-certified professional GPU performance.
