The Radeon PRO W6400 is AMD's entry-level RDNA 2 professional GPU and the most affordable member of the Radeon Pro W6000 series. Built on the compact Navi 24 die using TSMC's N6 (6nm) process, it brings RDNA 2's hardware ray tracing and PCIe 4.0 to a low-profile power envelope designed for entry-level professional deployments.

The card carries 4GB of GDDR6 memory with ECC support on a 64-bit memory interface delivering 128 GB/s of bandwidth. It features 768 stream processors for 3.6 TFLOPS of FP32 compute. At 50W TDP in a low-profile form factor on a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface, it runs AMD's professional Radeon Pro certified driver stack with ISV certification for major professional applications.

The Radeon PRO W6400 targets entry-level professional visualization, CAD/CAE drafting, lightweight 3D rendering, and multi-seat enterprise deployments where AMD ISV certification and RDNA 2 hardware ray tracing are required within a minimal power and space budget.
