The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12GB is a later memory variant of the RTX 2060, released in December 2021. It keeps the Turing architecture and the full RT feature set — dedicated ray-tracing and Tensor cores with DLSS support — while doubling the frame buffer of the original card to give modern titles more headroom.
It carries 12GB of GDDR6 on a 192-bit bus, with 336 GB/s of bandwidth and 2,176 CUDA cores, drawing 184W. The extra memory helps at higher resolutions and with texture-heavy games. It is a well-rounded choice for 1080p and 1440p gaming, and its RT and Tensor cores also make it useful for DLSS-accelerated play and light content-creation or AI tasks.
